Our neighbor is an organic farmer, where you can buy fresh eggs and much more every day. Walking time: 1 minute
Dogs, other than pets, are only allowed upon request and are subject to an additional charge. The actual boss of the house is our dachshund, Afra—and that's her right.
Bed linen and towels are, of course, included in the price. We're happy to change them after a week—but not automatically. For the sake of the environment.
1 parking space is included free of charge
The public bus stops right outside and runs daily, but not very frequently. You can also arrive by train; the Carinthia Train Station Shuttle will be happy to take you there.
The bicycles can be stored in the garage, but we assume no liability for this.
The skis can also be stored in the garage and we are happy to have space for ski boots in the boiler room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, extractor hood and all necessary cooking utensils.
General terms and conditions of business
We'd love to give our guests everything for free, but we also have bills to pay, so unfortunately that's not possible. Therefore, we have some conditions listed here.
Our prices are only valid during the booking process. They include all applicable taxes.
Final cleaning is not included and costs a one-off fee of €70.
Dogs are only allowed on request and, depending on the level of dirt, a second final cleaning will be required.
The General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry also apply to us – in the strictest sense. However, we strive to always treat each other fairly.
